Happy What I Ate Wednesday to all the bloggies out there! I’m excited to recap some sweet (and not so healthy) treats I’ve had over the past week.

If you’re interested in the stats, see the pic below. The yogurt is thick which filled me up for a light snack and it surprisingly filled me up until lunch on a few occasions. However, I wouldn’t seek the drink for protein, but for a rich calcium choice when you’re looking to strengthen your bones.
Another sweet treat I enjoyed this weekend was a sno cone from Big Easy Snowballs at my sister’s barbecue. This company makes snowballs – a sno cone with vanilla soft serve in the center. I have tasted nothing like it! They weren’t serving snowballs today, but they did have a few of their unique syrup flavors for guests. I tried my sitster’s cake batter cone (shown below) while enjoying my pina colada version. They were also serving the delicious Tiger’s Blood flavor (a fruit punch type), margarita and blue raspberry. We stuck to the lighter flavors to avoid stained mouths and dresses!
On the way home from the FSU football game, my sister also wanted to take us to a local fro-yo spot. Since the shop was in the other direction, we stopped at Bruster’s for ice cream. I wasn’t really feeling more sweets until I saw that served a pumpkin pecan flavor! There was only a little bit left to fill a cup, so the server also filled my serving with pumpkin cheesecake. Yum! I have to say I am on a little bit of a fall/pumpkin kick! That might have to be another WIAW post!
Lastly, my mom surprised me with this treat last night as a mini cake for an early birthday celebration. My dad will be in China next week on my birthday, so they both sang happy birthday to me. I can’t believe I’ll be 24 in less than one week from today!
What’s your favorite birthday sweet treat?
