It’s Fridayyyy! How was your week so far?
Time to chronicle the workouts. I was very good this week.
Monday: Cardio Mix + SSU Week 1
Tuesday: Kickboxing + BodyPump
Wednesday: BodyPump
Thursday: BodyPump (My mom joined me for all of five minutes!)
Friday: Spin!
On Saturday, I’m hoping to get in a run with Ryan (hi babe!) and Sunday will most likely be a REST day.
Because I’m going to the Keys in a month and just for the heck of it, I’ve been more aware of my eats this week. I brown-bagged many lunches this week and ALOT of salad filled with filling lean protein! My arms, stomach and legs feel more toned from a week of dedicated, healthy habits.
Some munchie highlights:
Andd I made my own salad dressing! It doesn’t look too appetizing in my photo because I was too hungry to nicely drizzle it on the salad.
